ROLE OVERVIEW

The most hands-on leadership role in the organisation.

The Head of Operations sits directly under the COO and is responsible for executing the operational direction of The Developer Community at ground level. While the COO sets direction, you implement it across every active project and every active team in real time. You will track sprint progress across all simultaneous builds, flag blockers before they escalate, run standups and check-ins, maintain the internal project tracker, coordinate between overlapping teams, manage developer onboarding, and ensure internal communications remain clear and consistent across the organization. The operational systems at The Developer Community do not fully exist yet. You will help build them and then run them. You will receive a Head of Operations title at an active technology company, credited contribution on every application we ship, a verified certificate of operational leadership, and a defined path to COO as the organization grows.
