ROLE OVERVIEW

The person who brings The Developer Community into every college in India.

The Campus Ambassador Lead is responsible for building and managing a network of college representatives who promote The Developer Community across universities and institutions throughout India. You will recruit campus ambassadors, provide them with the materials and direction they need, coordinate on-ground events and outreach, and drive community growth through the student population. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead to identify talent pipelines and convert campus awareness into active community membership. The majority of our developer talent comes from colleges. You are the person who finds them first. You will receive a Campus Ambassador Lead title at an active technology company, credited contribution on every community growth milestone, and a verified certificate of internship reflecting real grassroots marketing and community growth experience at national scale
